PART 4 - Massage
Regular massages increase circulation by helping to reduce inflammation produced during a workout. Massages assist the transport of nutrients to tissue for repair so that the body can recover more efficiently.
TIP FROM THE TEAM: Word- of-mouth referrals are the best way to find a licensed massage therapist that works with athletes. Ask your fellow athletes, running clubs and store staff for recommendations. Let your OOFOS begin the recovery process from your feet up right after a workout.
