Amanda Burrill, a fitness model and sponsored athlete, tells us all about the trials of foot and lower body injuries and the tips for improving foot health with proper recovery. Her time in the military and her active lifestyle combined has caused foot problems that she constantly needs to monitor. The problems have escalated so much over the years that she has needed to get multiple surgeries to try and fix them.
Because she knows these problems won’t necessarily go away, she understands the importance of recovery. In addition to using the RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation) method for recovery, she also relies on OOFOS to provide her with the support her feet need!
