Email Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

OOFOS is seeking a part-time eCommerce Email Marketing Specialist who will work as a member of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team, reporting to the eCommerce Marketing Manager. This role will support our fast-growing e commerce business and gain valuable experience in email/site design, DTC marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement. This role will support both the U.S. and CAN businesses.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design weekly email campaigns and make design updates to existing email flows.
  • Design website assets for the homepage and various collection pages as needed to ensure consistency in e-commerce and brand look and feel.
  • Work with the Social Media team to ensure email, web and social communications are aligned.
  • Use the Klaviyo email platform and manage the email & SMS calendar including buildouts and scheduling.
  • Utilize platform data to identify key segments of consumers that can be re-targeted in unique ways to drive incremental revenue to the business and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Track email & SMS data to maximize campaign performance, aiming for engagement, conversion, revenue, and growth goals.
  • Stay on top of the competitive email landscape as well as email trends and best practices.
  • Report out on findings to the team for visibility and awareness.
  • Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Graphic Design and portfolio of work required.
  • Must have graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Figma, and Frontify.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong grammatical skills, copywriting experience a plus!
  • Multi-tasker who works well with defined deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be relentless in maintaining a high level of quality throughout their work.
  • Highly organized and calendar driven, with the ability to handle many competing priorities.
  • This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two (2) days in office at our Braintree, MA HQ.
