We prioritize empathy, inclusivity, and creativity, leaving a lasting sense of WOW! We are committed to providing exceptional experiences for both our customers and employees, fostering a trusted and inclusive environment. You’ll have the autonomy and flexibility to develop your career and contribute to our innovative products, that enable people to live life in ultimate comfort.
We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own the execution and optimization of our paid social programs across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Reporting to the Senior Acquisition Manager, you'll be our channel expert for social advertising. Responsible for driving new customer acquisition efficiently while helping to build brand awareness with our target audience.
Paid social is an important part of our acquisition engine, and this role is central to how we reach new customers at scale. You'll manage substantial budgets across a dynamic mix of platforms, run a rigorous creative testing program, and work hand-in-hand with the Sr. Creative Strategist to brief and iterate on the content that powers our campaigns.
The ideal candidate is equal parts performance marketer and creative thinker. Someone who is deeply fluent in Meta Ads Manager, obsessed with creative performance, and always has a pulse on what's trending on TikTok and across the social landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution
- Own end-to-end management of all paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest, with potential expansion into new social channels.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across the full funnel, from prospecting and broad awareness to retargeting and conversion, with a focus on new customer acquisition.
- Manage audience strategy and exclusion lists to maximize prospecting efficiency.
- Oversee campaign structure, budget pacing, and bid strategy to hit CAC and ROAS targets while maintaining healthy delivery.
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging features, and proactively test and implement relevant innovations.
Creative Testing & Performance
- Own and drive a structured creative testing roadmap in close partnership with the Sr. Creative Strategist, consistently running experiments across formats, hooks, messaging angles, and CTAs.
- Analyze creative performance data at a granular level (thumb-stop rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, etc.) and translate findings into clear, actionable briefs and recommendations for the creative team.
- Champion a high-velocity creative testing culture, moving quickly from hypothesis to test to insight.
- Identify winning creative patterns and scale successful concepts while sunsetting fatigue efficiently.
- Maintain a creative asset library and testing log to ensure institutional knowledge is documented and leveraged.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own paid social reporting; build and maintain channel dashboards tracking reach, engagement, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and new customer acquisition metrics.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance recaps to the Senior Acquisition Manager with clear insights and recommended next actions.
- Partner with Analytics to ensure pixel health, event tracking, and attribution accuracy across all social platforms.
- Monitor platform-level changes (e.g., iOS privacy updates, API changes) and their impact on measurement; proactively adapt tracking and reporting approaches.
Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Work closely with the Paid Search and Programmatic Specialists to align on audience sequencing, messaging consistency, and cross-channel budget strategy.
- Serve as the day-to-day creative feedback loop between channel performance and the Sr. Creative Strategist, communicating what's working and what to test next.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Organic Social teams to ensure paid and organic social are complementary and cohesive.
- Bring social trend intelligence and audience insights back to the broader team to inform creative and content strategy.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on paid social experience with direct campaign management in Meta Ads Manager (required) and TikTok Ads Manager (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing significant paid social budgets ($10M+ annually) with measurable impact on CPA, ROAS, or new customer growth.
- Strong experience with creative testing methodologies and a demonstrated ability to generate and apply creative performance insights.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or DTC brands strongly preferred; footwear or lifestyle brand experience a plus.
- Experience with Pinterest Ads and/or Snapchat Ads a plus.
Skills & Capabilities
- Deep proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Events Manager; experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling, cleaning, and synthesizing performance data; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) a plus.
- Solid understanding of social attribution challenges and multi-touch measurement approaches.
- Creative intuition and visual sensibility; able to identify strong creative and articulate specific, actionable feedback to creative teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to write clear briefs and present performance findings compellingly to stakeholders.
Mindset
- Creative-performance hybrid - you love great content as much as you love a low CAC.
- Fast-moving and adaptive - you thrive in a platform environment that changes constantly.
- Collaborative and communicative - you treat the creative team as a true partner, not a production resource.
- Curious about culture - you're plugged into social trends and have genuine enthusiasm for the platforms you work on.
Leadership/Cultural Requirements:
- Cultural fit is crucial – Strong desire to make people feel good and live our brand ethos is a must.
- Bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, anticipates issues, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn within a growing team.
- Use effective communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment under tight deadlines.
