A UPS service that combines the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. If you have a PO Box, please use your PO Box as the shipping address.
USPS Priority- Free
This service is used for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, APO and US territories. Please use your PO Box shipping address if applicable.
Express options described below as UPS 2-Day and UPS 1-Day must be placed by 1 pm ET to ship same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options need to be sent to a physical address.
UPS 2 Day- $24
A 2-Day shipment will arrive on the second business day after the order is processed. If the order is placed before 1pm ET on Monday, the shipment will arrive on Wednesday.
UPS 1 Day- $38
A 1-Day shipment will arrive on the next business day after the order is processed. If the order is placed before 1pm ET on Monday, the order will arrive on Tuesday.
If you have any questions regarding shipping place, contact us directly. Express shipping is not eligible for a refund unless it is delayed by the carrier. A signature may be required.

Returns & Exchanges
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren’t quite feeling the OO and need to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below. Any product ordered now through December 31st will be eligible for return until 1/31/23. Whether you purchased your OOFOS in-store, online or at an event, you may return or exchange them as follows:
IF PURCHASED AT OOFOS.COM:
We offer free returns and exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS. You will receive an email notification once your return is fully processed through our returns department. Expect your refund within 10 business days. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please note, 1- and 2-day shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are carefully processed in the order that we receive them, so please be patient. We make every effort to expedite requests as quickly as possible.
Looking to start a return or exchange? We’ve recently launched a new online program that allows you to start your return or exchange at your convenience. Just visit oofos.com/return and you can start your free return or exchange with these steps:
1 - Enter the email address used to place your order, and your unique seven-digit order number. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email, or listed at the top of your packing slip that arrived with your order.
2 - Verify your shipping address. Please be sure to use a street address and not a PO box on this page, as UPS requires a physical address to calculate the correct postage needed to ship the package back to us. If you are processing an exchange and do not wish for your new pair to be shipped to the physical address, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll happily help adjust your exchange on our side.
3 - Select the pair of shoes you'd like to send back by clicking on their image, then confirm if you would like to return them for a refund or exchange for a new item. Once you’ve selected the item(s) you would like to return, click the green continue button to move to the next page.
4 - If you would like to request an exchange item, you will then be prompted to select any item from our catalog. Please note that exchanges will ship when the original order arrives at our warehouse and is sent through a brief returns process. If you would like your exchange item a bit faster, we would advise processing your item as a return and re-ordering the new item at your convenience.
5 - After you click the green "finish" button, the system will automatically generate a return label and an RMA form and send it via email. The RMA form should be placed inside the box you are returning, as orders that arrive without this required form included will encounter processing delays when they reach our warehouse. Then secure the return label to the outside of your box, making sure to remove or cover any prior shipping labels still on the box.
6 - You're ready to drop it off at any UPS store or drop box to ship back to us free! Please allow up to 15 business days for orders to arrive and be processed at our warehouse. When your request has been processed, we will confirm your refund or exchange via email, but please note it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment method.
IF PURCHASED IN-STORE OR THROUGH AN ONLINE RETAILER:
For fastest service, please return your OOFOS to the store or online retailer from where they were purchased. If the store is unable to help with an exchange, we will gladly exchange your OOFOS for a pair of the same value as verified by proof of purchase from an authorized seller. To qualify for an exchange, the shoes must be clean and free of wear as determined by our team.
We are not able to offer refunds for items not purchased directly from OOFOS.com.
OOFOS products purchased from any social commerce site such as eBay or PoshMark are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty claim, as we do not authorize our retailers to sell on the site and the products are sold by the general population.
