SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow up to 2 business days for your orders to be processed prior to shipment. We do not process orders on the weekends or on US Holidays. These orders will be processed on the next business day. This includes express shipping options. Any order placed with an express shipping option must be delivered to a physical shipping address.

Standard
5-10 Business Days- Free

Our free shipping option for customers in the contiguous United States. This service combines a ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. If you have a PO Box, please use your PO Box as the shipping address. 

USPS Priority- Free

Our free shipping option for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, APO and US territories. Please use your PO Box shipping address if applicable. 

Express

Express options described below as 2-Day and 1-Day refer to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 1 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.

2 Day- $24

A 2-Day shipment will arrive on the second business day after the order is processed. If the order is placed before 1pm ET on Monday, the shipment will arrive on Wednesday. 

1 Day- $38

A 1-Day shipment will arrive on the next business day after the order is processed. If the order is placed before 1pm ET on Monday, the order will arrive on Tuesday.

Returns & Exchanges

Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren’t quite feeling the OO and need to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below. Whether you purchased your OOFOS in-store, online or at an event, you may return or exchange them as follows: 

IF PUCHASED AT OOFOS.COM:

  • We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS. Holiday orders placed between November 1st through December 31st will have until January 31st to start their return.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Apparel items such as clothing and hats must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached. They must be in the original received condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Once your return has been sent back and processed by our team, you will receive an email notification with confirmation of your refund or new exchange order. 
  • If exchanging for a new item, shop our website with your return value credit. If your new order is less expensive than your original purchase we will refund you the difference. If your new order is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be prompted to enter your payment information in the secure checkout section and will be charged when your RMA is approved.
  • 1- and 2-day shipping charges are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier. 
  • OOFOS is not responsible for any non-OOFOS merchandise returned to our facility.
  • Returns cannot be mailed to our warehouse without prior approval through the returns process outlined below. OOFOS is not responsible for any shipping charges or lost items that occur as a result of customers not following procedures outlined in policy instructions
  • Orders purchased from our Meta stores on Facebook or Instagram are eligible for free returns and free even exchanges following the return instructions below.

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR YOUR OOFOS.COM ORDER:

Looking to start a return or exchange? Our online returns system allows you to start your return or exchange at your convenience. Just visit oofos.com/return and follow these steps to get started: 

  • Enter your OOFOS.com order number. This number will be seven digits long and can be found in any of your order emails, or on the packing slip included in your shipment.
  • Enter the email used to place the order on OOFOS.com, or phone number entered at checkout, or the zip code to which the order was shipped..
  • Select the item you would like to ship back to us. Item unable to be selected? It’s possible the return window has ended or there may be a return in progress for your item already. If you believe this is an error please contact our Customer Care team for personal assistance.
  • Select your exchange item or opt for a refund back to the card used for purchase.
  • If exchanging for a new item, shop our website with your return value credit. If your new order is less expensive than your original purchase we will refund you the difference when your order is processed. If your new order is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be prompted to enter your payment information in the secure checkout section and will be charged when your exchange is processed. 
  • Select return shipment method. To return via mail, select the Box and Ship It method to create a prepaid return shipping label and packing slip to print, package, and drop off at the carrier location for return shipping. To return package-free at a return bar, select Drop Off at a Happy Returns Location to generate your QR code to return in person at any Happy Returns location
  • Review your information to confirm your returning items, shipping address, contact information, and payment information as applicable. Read and accept terms listed, then click the Submit Return button to send your Return Request to our team.
  • If your return request is approved automatically, you will see a return status page with information on next steps to return your original order and continue the remainder of the returns process. If your return has an item or detail that requires a quick check from our team, we will follow up with approval or next steps as soon as we get a chance to review it.
  • Return your items through the method chosen in the returns process described above. If you need to make an adjustment to your return method, you must contact our team prior to dropping off your return.
  • Your return or exchange will be completed by our team as soon as your RMA has been processed. Once complete, you’ll receive an email with details of your refund or new order.

RETURN POLICY FOR APPAREL ITEMS

To be eligible for a return, apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached.  It must be in the original condition that you received it.

IF PURCHASED IN-STORE OR THROUGH AN ONLINE RETAILER:

OOFOS purchased from a store or online retailer should be returned to the location they were purchased. If you’re unable to do so, we will gladly evaluate possible exchange options for a pair of the same value as verified by proof of purchase from an authorized seller. To qualify for an exchange, the shoes must be clean and free of wear as determined by our team. We are not able to offer refunds for items not purchased directly from OOFOS.com.

OOFOS products purchased from any social commerce site such as eBay or PoshMark are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty claim, as we do not authorize our retailers to sell on the site and the products are sold by the general population.
