VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATION AND IN ALASKA, HAWAII, AND RHODE ISLAND. Challenge participation is voluntary and is limited to sales associates working in-store who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the beginning of the Challenge Period. Eligible sales are sales of any OOFOS branded product made to a third-party customer in-store during the Challenge Period (ending on the earlier of December 31, 2025, or until all OO tabs have been uncovered). If a prize winner is determined to be ineligible, cannot be reached, or is otherwise unable to claim their prize, OOFOS, at its sole discretion, may either award such prize to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries, or not award such prize. OOFOS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Challenge (or any portion of the Challenge) should any cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, fairness, security, or proper operation of the Challenge and, if feasible in light of such situation as determined by OOFOS in its sole discretion, to select the winner in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by OOFOS. OOFOS may prohibit entrant from participating in the Challenge or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Challenge by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, customer, store management or OOFOS representatives.

ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGE IS A VIOLATION OF LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, OOFOS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By participating in this Challenge, entrants:

(a) fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of OOFOS (which decisions shall be final and binding in all respects), including without limitation decisions regarding eligibility, winners and the interpretation of terms used in these Official Rules;

(b) represent and warrant that all information provided by entrant in connection with the Challenge is true, accurate and complete; and

(c) agree to comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Odds of winning any particular amount depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Challenge Period. Prizes will be paid out by your store employer in your routine paycheck and will be subject to tax withholdings--consult your Store Manager for details and timing. Normal sales standards and customer service requirements still apply.
