What is Club OOFOS and how does it work?
Club OOFOS is our free loyalty program built for people who believe feeling better is a lifestyle. As a member, you earn points for purchases and participation — things like completing your profile, writing reviews, joining monthly challenges, and more. Those points add up to rewards, exclusive perks, and access to member-only experiences. The more you engage, the more you unlock.
Who can join and how do I sign up?
Club OOFOS is free to join and open to everyone. You can sign up at https://www.oofos.com/account/register . Once you're in, you'll start earning points right away.
What are the different levels of membership and what’s required to reach each one?
There are three tiers:
- Member — where everyone starts, free to join
- Insider — unlocked at 500–799 points
- Ambassador — unlocked at 800+ points

How do I earn points?
You can earn points through purchases, sharing your OOFOS experience, and more. Here are some (but not all!) of the ways you can earn:
- Creating an account
- Completing your profile
- Making purchases
- Writing product reviews
- Participating in monthly challenges
Can I earn benefits by referring friends and family members?
Yes! Refer a friend and you'll both benefit. Your friend saves $15 on their first purchase over $99, and you'll receive a $15 credit once that purchase is made. Visit your profile in the dashboard to get started

How do I redeem points?
You can redeem your points in two ways:
- Discounts on future purchases – Apply points at checkout to save on your next order.
- Donate to Project Pink – Every 100 points = a $5 donation to breast cancer research through our charitable giving program. Visit your dashboard to donate points and support breast cancer research and patient care.

How do I track progress in the program?
You can track your points balance, tier progress, and available rewards directly in your Club OOFOS dashboard when you're logged in to your account. Your dashboard also shows suggested actions to help you earn more points and move toward your next tier.
Do my points expire?
Points expire on a 12-month rolling basis.
