Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

Bad spray paint job

"The spray painting of the top part of the sandal was poorly sprayed. They are made from a mold and just spray painted. I really wish it was better detail to that as you can see where it was not done well. This unfortunately cheapens the look of the sandal. Pictures can be provided if y'all care."

"These sandals are not the same as my other 2 pairs of original sandals, The rubber is hard despite my wearing them around the house for the past 2 weeks. I purchased these to help with my plantar fasciitis and they do not help with the pain in my heel like my other two pairs. I suspect they were on sale as they are not of the same quality."

"I tried to select the sandal I wanted but was unable to. There was window/pop up nothing to tell me if the sandal I wanted was not available. Furthermore, I picked a color option on the web page and the PRICE CHANGED with no indication until I was checking out and noticed it! I tried several times and it performed the same way! Very decieving! The chat was useless with no option to goto a human. The other reviews I tried to submit were ALL rejected!!! The sandal maybe good but everything else is a horrible experience!"

Great for Achilles recovery

"My left leg is in a boot so I’m using the sandal and shoe on my right foot and the added height evens out my stance and keeps the good foot comfortable and prevents it from getting too sore from overcompensating. When my Achilles heals I’ll be using them on both feet."

"My husband absolutely loves his first pair of OOFOS sandals! They are used as inside shoes so he is having to get used to this (we never wore shoes in our home).
