Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Stain easily and can’t be cleaned

"I got the light colored ones and they stain and get scuffed too easily. It’s like they are made of material that absorbs scuffs easier and you CANNOT get them out. I have other light colored shoes, but I’m able to clean them. These cannot be cleaned, I’ve tried the washing machine, microfiber cloths, and even chemicals to remove the stains. I feel really trashy walking around with them all stained and scuffed up. So I would not suggest the light colored ones."

Need Half Sizing

"I found significant pain relief wearing my partner’s Oofos slides while on my feet for an extended period, but his are significantly bigger than I need. I purchased these in my regular size 6 and the length is perfect but the strap is extremely tight. Sizing up would make the slides too long and likely cause me to trip. Once on they aren’t painful or uncomfortable, but my feet do not slide into them easily and I can’t wear them with socks (which is a bummer because I was hoping to wear around the house with compression socks). I’m hoping they will stretch with time but am seeing mixed info on whether or not I can expect that. I’d love to see half sizing offered!"

Rubs a scar on top of my foot

"I bought the Slide and the Slide Plus. The slide I've been enjoying but I wore the slide plus yesterday for the first time and it was too much for a scar that I have from foot surgery thirteen years ago. I would like to return them if possible. I love the arch support in both pairs but I won't be able to wear the plus pair."

Love them!

"I love these shoes! I only wear them as house shoes. I have super wide feet with high arches and one foot is a whole size bigger than the other. I cannot walk on hard surfaces barefoot. These cradle my arches and are real cushy. I don’t want to take them off! My only complaint is that they aren’t wide enough. It is a bit of a struggle to get my feet in, but they are stretching as I break them in. There is no perfect shoe, but these come close!"

"They are very narrow which wasn’t described. I have a high arch which is why I ordered OOFOS and yet they don’t account for that. I first tried the sandal which I sent back and now am struggling to use the slides. They also give blisters."

Relief!

"I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, which includes severe pain throughout both feet as well as painful arches. I did some research and learned about "recovery shoes," which then led me to Oofos. I wear these shoes inside and outside of the house and they have saved my feet. I can now sleep without my feet throbbing. Yes, they are that good. I will be buying the closed shoe version for winter."

"I usually buy cheapie slides on Amazon and they only last a few months since I wear them constantly after a workout. These are next-level constructed! Firm but cushioned with a great contour for the foot!I have a long narrow foot and most slides are “too high” between the foot bed and part that goes over the top of my foot. Highly recco!"

"These slides are perfect for walking around on my hard floors at home! I also have a pair of clogs I wear outside when I go to work. They look a little more put together. OOAHH+ Not for wide feet

"I like these shoes but I’m normally an 8 1/2 so with my first order I got a 9 the strap was wayyy too tight I thought it was just the way the shoes were but then it got to where I couldn’t wear them so then I started a return. I couldn’t return them so I did an exchange for a size 10! I’ve NEVER had a 10 before but these are better than the 9’s. They look pretty big but I can’t get my money back anymore so I’ll wear them. If you have a wide foot be careful with these. I wish they would a disclaimer for that. Other than that, they are pretty comfortable."
