Extra cushion Heel gives your foot a slight incline but does not feel like it puts pressure on front of foot. Can be worn with or without socks. I have A slightly wider foot than a regular size shoe and have plenty of room even for a sock to be worn with it. No blisters on heels or toes. Shoes do not make you feel like you’re a bulky cow."
