What is Flex?

OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

One of the easiest ways to do this is select 'Checkout as a guest' at the bottom of the Shop Pay checkout screen or go through checkout in incognito mode.

"Ok - I love all of my Oofos (all 20 pair lol) but these are actually STYLISH! They have extra cushion, too, which makes them even better. Overall, my favorites. I have had 8 back surgeries and Oofos as a must for me. Londoners are my 2nd favorites. Sizing is still inconsistent, though. In these (and Londoners) I wear a 7.5. OOmega OOahh Sandals and OOmega OOahh Posh SandaI I wear a 7. OOmega Chukka Shoe I wear an 8. OOmg Sport LS Low Shoe I wear a 9. I wish they were consistent, but at least they have a very friendly, easy return policy!"

"These are great for all stages of life and multiple conditions. I love my Oofos because of the pain of neuropathy and nerve damage and my feet and legs due to lupus. My daughter is a professional dancer, and loves them for recovery. My husband works on his feet on concrete all day.. and uses his when he comes home.
