The fit is true to size, the cushioning feels responsive, and the build quality seems durable. I've worn them for walking and light workouts, and they've performed well. "I decided to buy these shoes because my plantar fasciitis had been acting up and I was looking for relief. I fell in love with them the minute I tried them on and within a week I ordered a second pair; which I’m so glad I did. I wore the first pair 7 days a week for about 4 1/2 months before I finally decided it was time to switch to the new pair. The soles wore down right in the middle area on both shoes but I easily put over 10k steps daily and would wear them from the moment I started my day until evening. Now I’m on my second pair of strides and decided that oofos will be my primary footwear of choice."
