Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

The men's flex slides changed my life

"After 5 lumbar spinal surgeries the nerves in my lower legs and feet are severely damaged. My feet suffer the worse from the nerve damage. When I walk, I feel like I am walking on rocks. When I stand, my foot pain is intense. It was by accident I bumped into the flex slides. I bought a pair of bright yellow flex slides so I could see my feet as I walk. What I discovered with the flex slides was not only could I see my feet better, they relieved me of a lot of foot pain while walking. When I wear the flex slides, I no longer feel like I am walking on rocks. I am able to stand for longer periods of time without my feet hurting. Plus the Velcro adjustable top strap allows me to increase the width of the shoes when my feet swell. I would like to tell all how much the flex slides have improved the quality of my life. The men's flex slides truly changed my life from constant pain while walking and standing to some semblance of comfort. Excellent choice of shoe."

Squeaky noise when walking.

"To whom it may concern, I am very disappointed in these Oofos. This is my fourth pair and this is the first pair that I ever had that squeaks when I’m walking. It’s very annoying and drives my crazy. I’ve been buying Oofos for the last five years and I never had that problem before, maybe it’s just this particular pair/model I don’t know. "I bought my first pair of oofos slides when my feet were so painful that I couldnt even sleep, it's brought me incredible relief and I've worn them every day around the house since.
