OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

"I have tried 2 sizes and went up one size to accomodate the width of my feet, but th 8 is still too tight. I love the look and support of the shoe on the foot which fits, but unfortunately I cannot wear thembcause of y right foot I hesitate to go one more size up because it wil really be big all around and I am not sure the with will be an improbement on the 8h. . Cloog plus clog

"Anxious to get my black cloog plus clog. I have the super slides in sandalwood and they are so comfortable! I’ve worn Oofos shoes clogs sandals slides and house slippers since 2011 and there’s nothing out there like them. I’ve had back surgery with nerve damage and plantars fatiitis (sp?) and these are the only shoes I basically wear unless I’m dressing up. Thank you Oofos!!!"

WALKING ON BRICKS!!

"FIRST, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR NOW. YOU CAN NO LONGER SPEAK WITH SOMEONE REGARDING A PROBLEM WITH THE SHOES. WHILE USING THE CHAT THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU AND THEY NEVER DO. NEVER ANY FOLLOW UP ANYMORE. I HAVE OVER 20 PAIRS AND THE QUALITY IS NOT THE SAME. THE RUBBER ON THESE SHOES IS SO, SO HARD. THE SERVICE IS JUST NOT THE SAME, AND I REALLY LOVED OOFOS!!"

Stain easily and can’t be cleaned

"I got the light colored ones and they stain and get scuffed too easily. It’s like they are made of material that absorbs scuffs easier and you CANNOT get them out. I have other light colored shoes, but I’m able to clean them. These cannot be cleaned, I’ve tried the washing machine, microfiber cloths, and even chemicals to remove the stains. I feel really trashy walking around with them all stained and scuffed up. So I would not suggest the light colored ones."

Need Half Sizing

"I found significant pain relief wearing my partner’s Oofos slides while on my feet for an extended period, but his are significantly bigger than I need. I purchased these in my regular size 6 and the length is perfect but the strap is extremely tight. Sizing up would make the slides too long and likely cause me to trip. Once on they aren’t painful or uncomfortable, but my feet do not slide into them easily and I can’t wear them with socks (which is a bummer because I was hoping to wear around the house with compression socks). I’m hoping they will stretch with time but am seeing mixed info on whether or not I can expect that. I’d love to see half sizing offered!"

Rubs a scar on top of my foot

"I bought the Slide and the Slide Plus. The slide I've been enjoying but I wore the slide plus yesterday for the first time and it was too much for a scar that I have from foot surgery thirteen years ago. I would like to return them if possible. I love the arch support in both pairs but I won't be able to wear the plus pair."

"Long time oofos slide customer here. These are much stiffer on top than original or omega slides. Reviews note u have to break them in. If u are used to the ones with the slit in top like oomega or platform omega u will really notice the difference."

"I think these oofos are actually hurting my foot pain rather than helping it. They are very narrow and tight, not true to size. The high padding on the bottoms makes me feel like I might fall or twist my ankle."

Love them!

"I love these shoes! I only wear them as house shoes. I have super wide feet with high arches and one foot is a whole size bigger than the other. I cannot walk on hard surfaces barefoot. These cradle my arches and are real cushy. I don’t want to take them off! My only complaint is that they aren’t wide enough. It is a bit of a struggle to get my feet in, but they are stretching as I break them in. There is no perfect shoe, but these come close!"

"They are very narrow which wasn’t described. I have a high arch which is why I ordered OOFOS and yet they don’t account for that. I first tried the sandal which I sent back and now am struggling to use the slides. They also give blisters."
