OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

Love my Oofos, so glad we found each other!!

"A friend told me about Oofos and I gave them a try. I love these shoes and wear them daily around the house and back and forth to pickleball and pilates. They feel so good on my feet I don’t want to take them off. I will be buying more colors and styles. They don’t have half sizes and I wear an 8. I bought a size 8 and they fit perfect on the sides and heel but there is 3/4” room in the front toe area. I highly recommend Oofos and am glad I found them."

My problematic feet!

"I have tried 2 sizes and went up one size to accomodate the width of my feet, but th 8 is still too tight. I love the look and support of the shoe on the foot which fits, but unfortunately I cannot wear thembcause of y right foot I hesitate to go one more size up because it wil really be big all around and I am not sure the with will be an improbement on the 8h. . I am sorry aboutt not be able to purchase these shoes."

Shoes Stolen

"It turns out this style comes very narrow. This is the first time that I’ve had to size up and I have a small and slim foot. Anyway, I processed an exchange for a bigger size. The UPS delivery person did not take the package to the package center. I am guessing they left it outside the building (there’s no picture), it just says delivered. I never found the package. The day that it was delivered I was out of town, but I didn’t worry because packages go to the package center until we pick them up. I am so annoyed, because I got those shoes on sale and I really liked the upgraded style. I went through all that trouble for nothing."

Cloog plus clog

"Anxious to get my black cloog plus clog. I have the super slides in sandalwood and they are so comfortable! I’ve worn Oofos shoes clogs sandals slides and house slippers since 2011 and there’s nothing out there like them. I’ve had back surgery with nerve damage and plantars fatiitis (sp?) and these are the only shoes I basically wear unless I’m dressing up. Thank you Oofos!!!"

"FIRST, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR NOW. YOU CAN NO LONGER SPEAK WITH SOMEONE REGARDING A PROBLEM WITH THE SHOES. WHILE USING THE CHAT THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU AND THEY NEVER DO.
