What is Flex?

OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

"These shoes are wonderful! They are comfortable and I feel like I am walking on springs. They give me some pep in step and so much comfort. Very pleased with my purchase. So comfortable!

"I love this clog! I am an anesthesiologist and these shoes are soooo comfortable for when I'm on my feet for multiple hours in a day. The cup is sufficient to make sure that the shoes don't slip off my feet, unlike other brands, and they provide really good arch support for the plantar fasciitis peeps. The only draw back is that it makes my feet very sweaty, even with the holes in the side for ventilation. If you're in between sizes, I recommend sizing down."

"I used to wear Crocs for standing 8 hours at work. I developed foot pain and hip pain. Now these shoes almost cured my pain after 3 days of wearing. I wish there could've been a little more room for the instep, so I can wear thicker socks in the winter. Overall , I love these shoes."

"i look like a smurf with these lol i like that they have more support and more benefits then the other clogs but the style of them do not outweigh the benefits. i am usually a size 6.5 wide and i got size 8 and they were too big so a size 7 would have been perfect! the slides fit smaller so i thought i would have to size down for these but you don’t have to"

Bulky and not very cushioned

"I love the original clog, and wanted to try this new version but I was disappointed. The foam felt a lot harder and they looked huge on my feet. It looked like I bought them 5 sizes too big but the hole for the foot was the correct size."

"Run a little big. I wear an 8. 5-9. I ordered a 9 and had to exchange for an 8. The 8 might still be a smidge big. They feel great. The exchange process was SUPER easy with “happy returns”.
