"These were my absolute favorite sandals, and I had my first pair for 3 years. The right thong finally broke, so I ordered 3 additional pairs. Within 2 days, the right thong broke on the new ones. The next pair, same thing, except I took them right out of the package, wore them to the grocery store, and bam. Broke. I’m not sure what’s happened to this style, but this is a lot to pay for defective shoes. So sad cuz they were my favorites"

It's rubbery

"I've bought this same exact model last year. last year one was very comfortable but unfortunately it is broken now. The newone that I bought this time somehow feels very rubbery and uncomfortable, which causes a red skin on my feet. Also it creates a squicky sounds when I step."

Love the Look and Height

"Found myself in a boot from a spranged ankle and the heighth of this shoe matches perfectly so my hips stay aligned. That being said I have only worn one. I have not got great arch support so my foot tends to feel a little off center. but at this time I have only worn the right one and maybe when I get a chace I will be able to wear bot and get them conformed to my foot. . . I really want these to work for me. I would like to try the tennis shoes that are Oomega."

"I ordered women's 00mega 00lala stacked Latte Fade, size 7. I had $27 in points when i ordered them, however, when I got to the end of the order, I couldn't find a place to enter my points, so I didn't get to use them. Now you say I have 100 points that will expire in 2 days. I need to return the size 7 and get a size 8. I can't print out a return because my printer is not working. I like the oofos I ordered but I need the larger size. Thank you"

"First - customer service was amazing. I ordered a new pair specifically to go on vacation, and customer service was a huge help in making sure they arrived in time. But more importantly -- I walked over 20,000 steps a day for a week in Lima, Peru (cobblestone, pavement, rocky beaches, beaches) and NEVER had achy feet or blisters! I bought the metallic oolalas to add a little more cuteness to the function - but the functionality never failed. Awesome and they have a customer for life!"
