Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

Not what I wanted

"I have been wearing OOFOS for a few years now, and EVERY time I go to buy a new pair, the ones I had been wearing are NO LONGER available. I tried two different pair this time and had to return both pair. I don't understand why you keep discontinuing styles that people are repeatedly buying. I finally found a discontinued pair on another website and even then I couldn't get the color I wanted. Of course because I had to buy them elsewhere they are not covered by the OOFOS guarantee. I guess I'm going to have to find another brand to wear, when the ones I bought this time, wear out."

"The shoes have a lot of heel and arch cushion, but not hardly any cushion on the toes and ball of feet. I don’t love the shoes. I wore them for about a week and find myself grabbing another shoe in my closet over the oofos. It’s truly hard to find a perfect shoe. I’ll probably send these back."

"Super comfortable and easy to slide on. They don’t slip when you walk. The only shoes I can wear when plantar fasciitis flares. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the tread is pretty soft and I haven’t had them long enough to say how well they will wear with use."

"I packed a pair of these shoes for a vacation that would involve a lot of walking (I average 14,000 steps per day) and they exceeded my expectations. No foot pain, perfect fit and I ordered a second pair when I arrived home. The first pair will now replace my regular outdoor walking shoes as part of my daily workout. "I have horrible feet. Everything is wrong with them from neuropathy to plantar facitius, to corns to bunions. These are great shoes for dog walking which is why I bought them. The round toe gives my pinched toes room - like walking in a cloud"

Great shoes, but heads up re: sizing

"I like these shoes, but the sizing is different from my prior Oofos slip-on shoes. I wear Oofos as house slippers since I work from home. In the others I was a size 8.5. 8.5 was too big in this style so I ordered these in an 8, then a 7.5. The 8 was good for the length but the stretchy upper is really loose and probably a better fit for a wider foot. I ordered the 7.5 to check them out and while the upper was a better fit, they were just a bit too short. I kept the 8 and I like them well enough, but they feel so much looser than my prior Oofos, which I preferred."
