They are so tight

"I am an average width, size 8. 5. I ordered a black 9 and a pink 8 and attached photos. The size 9 is clearly too long, but works fine as a house shoe. The size 8 fits the length of my foot, but is so tight I feel like my foot may fall asleep. Both were tight when I first tried them on, the difference is, the size 8 is still very tight. The foam is super comfortable and squishy, but the tightness is why I will return the size 8s. I love the straps of the original, but the foam on this new version. I also feel like the toe strap is so low my toes can't breathe and get sweaty in the size 8. I would highly recommend going back to the drawing board and adjusting the way these straps fit because it takes a great shoe to a mediocre shoe. I always recommend oofos to friends and family, but might suggest a different style unless you have a really narrow foot or don't mind a really tight hug on them."

Super shock absorbing

"I’ve worn Oofos and bought Oofos for my sister and friends over the years. Comfort prompted those purchases, but after I fractured my knee, I could not find a shoe or sneaker or recovery sandal that made it possible to walk comfortably. For whatever reason, I didn’t pull out my two old pairs of Oofos - presuming, probably incorrectly, that the tread would have worn out and I wanted to ensure that I don’t slip - in any case, I did a fair bit of reading online and decided to buy these in spite of the fact that I wasn’t thrilled with the look. I’m a bit of a shoe snob and was heading to Paris, so forgive the vanity/aesthetic considerations. Just that I have been walking more than 20,000 steps every day in Paris for the last week and thank my Oofos at the end of every day - really, the shock absorption is singular, and I have even grown fond of - mostly fond of - my footwear’s appearance. Super practical, super shock-absorbing, super."

"These shoes are quite remarkable. My feet feel massaged while walking and I feel my body alignment being corrected. I do have one wider foot due to a bunion, so the wider width of this shoe model fits well. Perfect for inner city street walking and travel."

Tight across foot

"Oofos run small I’ve learned so I ordered a size up, but the foot strap is still tight. I love the cushioning of the foot bed, but not comfortable across my foot. And I don’t have wide feet. I have several other Oofos shoes, clogs, flip flops and athletic shoes. The flip flops fit great. The athletic and clogs I had to order up a size."

"I have narrow feet so I was surprised how tight these shoes are. I also found these shoes too small. Unfortunately these shoes only go up to size 11. Please make more sizes! The design is so cute!"

"This particular slide is HUGE- like wearing boats! They make me feel like they are so wide in diameter that I’m going to trip myself. I LOVE every other style of Oofos though, but I am so sad that they discontinued the regular white slides. This shoe cannot replace the original white ones."

"These are my first pair of Oofos but won’t be my last. After a horrible ankle break years ago I am typically in a lot of pain after walking for any great distance. I wore these on a trip to Vegas and walked and average of 10 miles each day with no pain!!! I also struggle to find slides that fit. These fit like a dream. Great shoes!"
