OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

One of the easiest ways to do this is select 'Checkout as a guest' at the bottom of the Shop Pay checkout screen or go through checkout in incognito mode.

"This boot is exactly what I wanted from OOFOS. I contacted them over a year ago to recommend a boot at which time they did not have. They told me they would send the idea up to product design and marketing. They held true to their word. I ordered the boots after the first notification that it was now available. Great, but size up!

"I usually wear Oomy Stride shoes, so the Londoners were something new for me. They run much shorter and narrower than the Oomy Strides: I initially bought my usually size 9.5, but I had to exchange them for a 10.5, which was just right. They also run quite narrow, which could be a problem if you have wide feet. But once I sized up, they were very comfortable and I love the style! I would love to see them in a brown leather too!"

"I actually purchased my first pair of oofos from a high-end thrift shop. I’m a hair stylist and I have relied on them the last two years to extend my standing time as k am now 71 . I was hoping Oofos would start designing full coverage shoes for the winter months and you have. I’m just trying to choose the best ones for my limited budget and my body needs but l love them all. I would wear them everywhere, even church because you actually sink into them with every step. Others claim that but fall short. Sink and bounce back 🥹"

Great boot, max comfort

"I have foot issues and wear various boots five days a week. I’ve tried just about every work boot you can imagine including a lot of the soft, running sore companies efforts at work/hiking boots with foam cushion. This is the first boot I’ve used in a couple years that works all day without my feet killing me. They are light and probably won’t last as long but that’s okay, the price is good and if I have to buy two pair a year it’s worth it. Love these. Make brown to please."
