What is Flex?

OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

If foot love were a shoe

"I don’t ever want to wear any other brand of shoe. After spending a week hiking trails, going to theme parks, exploring downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, And surrounding areas, my feet never hurt. I love these shoes. and wish I bought two pair! As a side note, my right foot sustained permanent damage from an automobile accident a year and a half ago, and my foot throbs and aches all the time, but especially after an active day. Since I’ve worn these shoes, I have not experienced the problems I’ve had with other brands of shoe. I can’t recommend OOFOS highly enough."

Comfortable but sole wears fast

"Just an observation: Have had a pair of Stride shoes for less than 5 months, and the soles have already worn out. Photo attached, the shoe on the left is new. I average 5-6K steps/day and perhaps half were in these shoes, mostly on asphalt surfaces. On the plus side, these shoes were quite comfortable and have helped with my tired old feet, but it would be nice if they lasted longer."

Fantastic feeling!

"I purchased one pair for my husband due to foot pain. These shoes have helped a lot, especially since he walk/runs every day (outside). He can’t say enough great things about these tennis shoes. Incredible help for heel spur!

"Took a chance on these shoes to see if they would help major heal spur pain. Pain is massively diminished -- only shoe I've found to truly help. I'm wearing everyday now and bought additional pairs to have. Very impressed - they are light, extremely cushioned - highly recommend!"

Stride shoe

"I have been a new balance fan for 20 years and I usually wear a wide version. Someone bought these slippers for my daughter as she used to compete in basketball and was one of the most comfortable slippers. She said she’s ever worn. So for the past three years, I have purchased some slippers as well and now on my third pair, and I have wide feet and can honestly say that these are the most comfortable slippers I’ve ever worn. I purchased a stride about two months ago and was concerned about the width, but I figure if they were too narrow I’d just return them. I have been using them three times a week on 3 to 5 mile walks and they feel really comfortable and no issues with the width. If I had to make one recommendation, I feel more of the padding in the rear part of my foot versus the front part of my foot, so would love to have see a little more cushioning in the front part of the shoe. Other than that, it’s a great product."

Best shoes ever

"When I bought my first pair of Oofos, I wasn't sure what to expect, but damn...these are the most comfortable, lightweight shoe I have ever owned! Everyday that I would get home from work, my feet hurt so bad, that I wasn't able to do anything the rest of the day. Since I have been wearing these Oofos, my feet never hurt anymore. Terrible service

"I ordered a pair of men’s stride black shoes size 11 on May 6th 2026 and my card was charged that day. I never received shipping or tracking information. After many attempts to either have shoes shipped or provided a refund I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get it resolved. Customer service is terrible."

"This is my second pair of these specific shoes. I have had at least 4 other pairs of Oofos including the slides. I used to wear Hokas and other walking shoes but these are noticeably more comfortable. Sometimes you'll be walking, and you just realize how good your feet feel. I have a different pair of shoes from Oofos that has over 300 miles on them, and they're still very comfortable. I walk 2 to 3 miles a day, on average. The shoes have good durability, and they're just as comfortable today as they were when I bought them. Highly recommend giving them a try if you want shoes where you can feel the difference."

"Disappointed in the oofos I purchased. They have a rubber lining inside the front part of the shoe and it rubs against the toes. The back sole is very wide and seems unnecessary. Not comfortable. Would not buy again"

"I had never heard of OOFOS before seeing an add for them being on sale. Decided to give them a try and I'm glad that I did. They are super comfortable and are currently my favorite shoes to wear.
