Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

"I’m a Crocs guy and I tried the Oofos because I like the arch support, of which Crocs have none. Other than that, the Crocs are superior in every way. I don’t like the Oofos material- it’s sticky and cheap feeling, and I really don’t like the way they make my feet sweat (Crocs solve this problem with air holes)."

Zero Customer Service -Awful Experience

"Purchased online I wear a 12 in similar shoes (birks etc). This size 12 was a full inch too long so I wanted to return and exchange for a size 11. Wow what a nightmare. Followed all the online steps, got the email confirmation return accepted. Brought to the post office the next day and my return QR code was no longer valid and my order number was “not found” . This was 15hrs after my return was approved. There’s no way to contact a human. I just get directed to email or chat. Chat directs me to common questions and then email. Crappy thing is that I all ready ordered my replacement 11’s. I want nothing to do with this crappy company. I will make it a life goal to make sure no one in my company of 100’s of employees know to never deal with these crooks. Oh I was also charged a restock fee when my return was approved for the 15hrs lol. Eat it OOFOS!"
