What is Flex?

OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

One of the easiest ways to do this is select 'Checkout as a guest' at the bottom of the Shop Pay checkout screen or go through checkout in incognito mode.

"shoe has a ton of cushion. the only reason i could not use them is because the top did not come up far enough and I'm a barber so hair got down into the top. Besides that, the shoe is very comfortable. It is not true to size so make sure you order smaller. I wear 9.5 and fit in an 8 very well. Great job oofos"

Love these shoes

"I absolutely love my OOFOS clogs! Since I started wearing them, I’ve noticed such a difference in how my feet and legs feel. My heels no longer hurt, and I’m not experiencing the calf pain I used to have. I’ve also had two surgeries on my knees, so finding comfortable and supportive shoes is especially important to me. These clogs have been amazing for my comfort, and I’m extremely pleased with them. They’ve truly made a difference for me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive shoe!"

Most comfortable show ever. . . however. . .

"The shoes themselves are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn in my entire 20-year healthcare career. However, my only complaint, is that when I wear socks, I have a tendency to roll my ankles outward because the socks continue to slide on my foot while inside of the shoes themselves. If this could be prevented from happening, I would give it five stars all day everyday!"

"I have used my new clogs 23 times and have developed multiple blisters at different places in my foot. I have tried everything to break in but it’s not worked. So much so that I am scared of wearing f them and have stopped using them. Sadlly, not a good buy. Wish I had simply bought slippers."
