OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

"My 3-star rating is based on how tight the strap across the top of the foot feels, even when my foot is in a relaxed position. The sandals provide excellent support and are comfortable to wear for extended periods. However, when my foot relaxes, the strap presses too tightly against the top of my foot, leaving a deep indentation and causing pain. While the overall support and comfort are good, the strap needs to be less restrictive to make these sandals truly comfortable. I wear a size 9 and these sandals are a size 10. Not sure how to answer the next question."

Seem to help me recover but strap chafes

"Was prescribed these by my sports medicine doctor. I do seem to have less achilles pain now and am back to being able to stand at my desk. That said, I developed a sore from the strap chafing on my left foot - I wear them with socks now. (Yes, I'm one of those socks-and-flip-flops guys now. )"

Original and Original+ Fixed my leg length discrepancy!

"My left and right leg lengths differ by 1 inch (2. 54 cm), so wearing a regular pair of flip flops feels like walking with one foot on the curb and one in the gutter. I bought one pair of Orginal and one pair of Original+ since they look enough like one another that it wouldn't look weird (if you don't look too closely). They look great and the difference in thickness of the sole is enough to make walking in them super comfortable again! Hoping to see Oofos add blue to the Original+ colorways, and I'll buy another (2) pair!"

I threw my old oofos

"I threw my old oofos away as soon as I received these expecting them to be just as plush and comfortable. Took my first steps, and thought to myself, “wow these are kinda hard. ” So I read some reviews where people said they had to be broken in. Well, I’m a couple of weeks in and I wear them all the time. They’re still not as plush and I usually use these after tough workouts to take it easy on my knees. Not happy; went back to wearing my other pair of slides. Pretty disappointed overall."
