Men's original plus sandal
"I thought I'd like the fit but I start to get pain in my right ankle when I wear them for a while, so I need to exchange them for the men's original sandal. It may not affect everyone but for me, I can't wear them anymore and I have only worn them a couple of times but my ankle becomes very painful."

Not quite as cushy
"OOriginal plus made me taller but did not have the cushy feel as the originals. I am an 80 year old with neuropathy and the originals seem to distribute the load on my foot making for a better perception of balance. For me the originals are perfect. My only problem is I wear them all day, every day and they wear down faster than I would like. Good news for you. I will keep buying them. - Richard"

Plus sandal Owner
"I own seven regular pair. Purchased two pair of the plus version. Finding they are great in the beginning and then my inner ankle area becomes sore. I have been using oofos sandals for twelve years without a problem. I have experienced plantar problems and my oofos save me. I currently have two heel spurs so o ordered the plus sandals for relief. They help but I cannot wear them for a long period. Keep up improving and redesigning! Love the sandals!"

Not as good as the OOriginal
"I have owned at least 10 pairs of Oofos OOriginal Flip Flops. I love them, and where them all the time. But, the OOriginal Plus is not for me. The reason is the tab between the toes is MUCH wider than the original, and chafes the insides of my toes badly. Never had a problem with the OOriginals because that piece is much narrower, and feels way more comfortable. There was no way to see this in the photos, so I was surprised."

get them
"Comfortable thick Cushion, just as pictured. I like to size up. We have purchased the original sandals but decided to try these thicker ones. its taking time to get use to the thickness but he is comfortable. The color matches everything and is not shiny which we love. the Design takes time to get use too but its so worth it it for your feet. Don't wear if your feet will get wet because you will slide out of the saddle or twist your ankle, I have had several personal experiences in this. to me this is the biggest downfall to the shoe. the second down fall is that the piece that goes in-between your toes is too thin and breaks. Last year I had to purchase 3 pairs of sandals due to the shoe breaking."

Comfortable and Supporting
"I’m one that can’t walk barefoot without feeling arch pain. These are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned. The design also gives me good support when walking or standing."

Easy Return and Size Replacement
"I ordered a size 43, but it was too big. I was able to return it easily, and they promptly sent me a replacement size 42. The fit is great, and it’s very comfortable."

Not comfortable on the top
"While the soul is interesting and seems to help my plantar fasciitis, the toe and strap part of the sandal feel off. If i go bare skin, it sticks to my foot. If i wear socks, it takes too long for my foot to actually sink in to the toe box. I was avoid if you can, try them on before you buy"

Horrible
"The shoe company I loved and trusted has gone haywire. What it sells as an M8 is hugely larger than my previous purchase of a M8. When I brought the problem to their attention, the support team insisted it was only a manufacturing mistake and urged me to agree to file a defect complaint and receive a replacement, a solution I seriously doubted would fix the problem and shoes are made in large batches. . The replacement was just as big as the first. Oofos was a brilliant creative company which has lost commitment to quality production and effective customer support. What a pity."

Awkward height boost for a tall guy
"This review comes from someone who is 6'5", weighs 200lbs, and I've worn the original style for almost 5 years. I thought this new style was going to be an improvement of sorts (I do deal with plantar fascitis), but they were not a good upgrade for me. They raised me up to an almost comical height, and as a result I lost ankle stability. Around the house, it's not a big deal, so I figured I would see if the added cushion would offset the negative of added height. It did not. Over several months of casual home use, I found them less comfortable to wear than the original oofos. If you like added height, these could be your jam. But for me, it was a failed experiment, and I've just ordered a new set of the original oofos. Going from these back to the original was an instant comfort boost."
