OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

One of the easiest ways to do this is select 'Checkout as a guest' at the bottom of the Shop Pay checkout screen or go through checkout in incognito mode.

Tread wearing off.

"While wearing on my treadmill I noticed wear to the bottom of the shoe and bits of fine black plastic on the floor. It concerns me for the longevity of the shoe. Otherwise they are comfortable to wear, even for wide feet. They are a bit warm compared to other tradition sneakers."

"The men's are my husbands and he loves them. 5 star review. HOWEVER I got the women's roam ripstop and I can't wear them. I wore them 2 weeks. I am an RN and I have already ordered another pair of strides to replace them. The ripstop made my feet way too hot. They were comfortable but I have to take my shoes off several times a day to just let my feet cool down. We threw boxes away so we didn't think we could return mine."
