OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

simply the best house sandal I've found

"About a year ago, my plantar fasciitis became bad enough that anytime I wasn't wearing shoes, I was limping. I don't like to wear shoes in the house (because that's disgusting), and I heard about Oofos and decided to give them a try. They are great as house slippers, and of course, wearing them only at home means that a pair will last a long time."

Not quite what I was hoping

"I mistakenly thought that all Oofos would feel the same underfoot. I have a pair of Oofos clogs that are incredibly comfortable and helpful for my Achilles injury, but they can get really clammy really quickly so I got these slides to try to offset the sweaty feet problem. Unfortunately these exacerbated my injury quite a bit and have had a hand in setting my recovery back by a few weeks. Otherwise, they are very cushy and probably great as a casual slide if the wearer doesn't have any strains on the backs of their legs."

New pair of OOFOS not what I'd hoped

"My first pair of OOFOS were great and lasted quite a while before they finally broke when I was stuck in some river mud and was trying to pull my foot out. My new pair are hard to slide my foot into, and then they slop around, with my heal falling off one side or the other of the foot bed. They are definitely the right size, but are so hard to get my foot into, and then keep it on, that I don't wear them very often. Very disappointing."

"This is my second pair of the same oofos and they feel different - more flat. It feels like the first pair I got but after 2 months of wearing them. Something has changed - I preferred the intense support I got from my first pair as it stretched my feet out after a long shift. Im not getting that same stretch."

In between sizing

"I wear an 8. 5 US men's shoe and purchased a size 9 slider. They were a bit long and loose for my liking especially after having worn them a while. I purchased a size 8 and the length is fine but a little snug on top which is fine for me. I was happy with the 9 but the 8 was better for me."
