OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

What is this?

"I have exclusively worn Oofos for years and needed a pair of designated shoes for my job. Ordered these based on reviews and per usual, received them in a timely manner but oh MAN!!! Put these on and immediately felt the wrong tilt in the sole, toe shield is hard and unforgiving, my legs ached horribly after one day and for many to come!!! Unfortunately I wore these in a dirty environment, the hospital, and doubt they could be returned but really, the worst purchase ever! This design is definitely not for someone on their feet for 12 hours and will go in the recycling bin!"

Poor heel support

"Sadly these 2 models do not measure up to my favorite the zen. I have a heel spur on my right foot and never have discomfort pair wearing the Zen and stride models. But the 2 new models rips top and glide do not seem to have as wide a toe box and much heel cushion, causing me pain by the middle of my work day. I still love your company and will continue to order the Zen and stride as my primary foot wear. I hope the honest review is helpful to your development team. Too narrow and not enough stretch around the sides

"I have a large bunion so all my shoes must have some stretch to them. My first pair of clogs the Oofos mesh sports were perfect! I hoped these would be too but I am returning them. They actually hurt my foot."

"I love the old plain women slip on OOFOS in black and in white! I have 5 pairs! I don’t like the new styles! They are too bulky for older women!
