Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Had to return for a 2nd time

"I love the boots, so I purchased them in a women's size 10. They fit just a tad too snug at my toe. I exchanged these for a size 11 because they don't have half sizes. This size 11 was WAAAYYY too big and wide, so I returned them. No amount of padding could have made up for the insanely wide width! In hindsight, I probably could have lived with the 10, but it's too late now. Still love the boot's style and comfort. Disappointed that there are no half sizes-at least after 10."

Bulky but does the job

"After loving the flip flops, I bought these and a pair of slip-on fabric clogs in my regular ladies size 10. Both were too short for my feet, so I exchanged the boots for an 11 since I needed them the most. Yes my feet seem to swim in them, but they are as comfortable a boot as I can find, and the exchange process was easy. There were no half sizes. These will accommodate a thick sock, but they seem wide even for that. Yet they have minimal tread for ice and snow? I will have to see what happens when snow comes. I have been healing from injuries, was told my feet are healed, but it will take a long time to regain full mobility and to be pain free. So, I have been getting the smooshiest footwear possible so I can get back to life. I do not feel pretty in these but Luckily it is October and I dress slightly corporate Goth/artsy, so am I trying to make these Frankenstein feet merge into my fall work wardrobe of leggings and wide leg pants."
