What is Flex?

OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

One of the easiest ways to do this is select 'Checkout as a guest' at the bottom of the Shop Pay checkout screen or go through checkout in incognito mode.

"As someone that has rheumatoid arthritis, which causes my joints and feet to swell, i would recommend a different style of flip flops from this company. I love how comfortable these are on a good feet day, but any real swelling and they ate too tight. There will be indents where the straps are located. So if you do not have swelling issues i would say they are pretty good, just not as good as the OG pairs."

Great fit for narrow feet

"My arches completely flatten when I stand, so finding sandals that actually work for my narrow feet is so hard. This one has a higher arch and deeper heel cup that help keep my foot centered instead of letting it roll inward. The strap keeps everything in place, and the cushioning feels sooo good after a long shift on my feet."

"This is the third pair I have bought. I wanted to try the thicker sole. The slipper is a little too tight because of the edging. I wear a 9 and it fits but once you start walking, the foot falls on the edging and takes some getting used to. From my past experience the slipper will conform to your foot . I fear the next size will be too big."
