What is Flex?

OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

One of the easiest ways to do this is select 'Checkout as a guest' at the bottom of the Shop Pay checkout screen or go through checkout in incognito mode.

"I found it to be most inconvenient that they are not a true 8.5. They are more like a 7.5. I had to give them to my daughter, who wears a 7 and she said they are tight around the ankle. I bought them for an event that included a lot of walking. You don't have stores to go into, and it took a while for them to come. So, I'm very disappointed. I can't rate how they feel because they are way too small. I always can fit an 8.5 even and sometimes a nine... I don't like returning via the mail. So, ordering from you online is not good for me."
