OOFOS has partnered with Flex to make it easier to invest in your health. Customers with HSA or FSA accounts may be able to use their pre-tax dollars on eligible products, with no extra steps or paperwork. Just select Flex at checkout.

Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

"Just an observation: Have had a pair of Stride shoes for less than 5 months, and the soles have already worn out. Photo attached, the shoe on the left is new. I average 5-6K steps/day and perhaps half were in these shoes, mostly on asphalt surfaces. On the plus side, these shoes were quite comfortable and have helped with my tired old feet, but it would be nice if they lasted longer."
