Poorly made shoe soles
"I have tried to work with Brandon with OOFOS Support but he has stopped responding, I have 2 pair of shoes the soles aren’t last 2 months, I have a desk job and wear these shoes to work, I walk 1. 5 miles Monday -Friday during my lunch branding made a comment they look like I have worn them on a treadmill but I have not, At this point I just want a full refund for both pair and an apology for stopping the lines of communication. This is sad because I have other OOFOS flip flops and tennis shoes with no issues, at this point I am done with OOFOS altogether! Thanks Brandon! Rodney"

Shoes just as great as sandals
"I have already purchased a couple of sandals. This is my first time getting the shoes and when I tell you, they feel just the same and perfect. Chefs kiss!!! was standing on my feet all day. I don’t have to wait to come home to enjoy the comfort. I can experience it all day."

No customer service!
"I needed these shoes for a trip to Europe and contacted customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, I never received a response, despite getting an acknowledgment email stating that my inquiry had been received and that someone would get back to me. It was very disappointing to experience such poor customer service. I expected better support from OOFOS, especially after receiving confirmation that my request would be addressed."

Best foot product ever.
"From my personal point of view, that is. I started with Oofo sandals,recommended by a podiatrist many years ago. Things only got better when they got into making real shoes. I'm now up to my fifth pair and I still consider them to be THE most comfortable footwear ever. I know everyone's feet are not the same, but I'm always urging friends with foot problems to give them a try. Well worth it."

Incredible Comfort
"These OOmy strides are great, they are comfortable right out of the box and provide great support for everyday wear. The fit is true to size, the cushioning feels responsive, and the build quality seems durable. I've worn them for walking and light workouts, and they've performed well. Overall, a solid shoe that offers good value for the price."

No show
"I would like to say I love them, as I have never received them I cannot. I was notified that they were delivered so I went to pick them up and the post office said they couldn’t locate them anywhere. I went to them 3 times to look and no signs of them. I tried to contact oofo about this and have not heard back. This has been going on 4 weeks now. Not sure what happened but I paid for them. So not going to try that again. Sorry but won’t be ordering again."

Instant ankle pain relief
"After reading several glowing reviews of Oofos shoes and their successful foot pain mitigation, I decided to make the leap and order a pair. When they arrived I knew within seconds that my ankle pain was much lessened. I immediately ordered four more pairs and am happy with all of them. I ordered a pair of “flip flops” for indoor use and am not happy with them as they did not come in half sizes and are quite painful. It was worth a try. All in all, the shoes are amazing. I’d stay away from the “flip flops”."

These shoes are amazing!!
"I ordered these shoes to wear during conferences/shows that I do for my company where I am on my feet all day. Normally, my feet are completely dead by the end of the day, and they hate me by the end of the conference. This past conference was different. Wearing these Oofos, my feet never felt tired or hurt the entire conference. If you are on your feet all day long, these are the shoes for you!! 110% Recommend!!"

Surprisingly Good
"I bought my first pair of OOFOS not knowing anything about the brand. I’m always skeptical when trying out something new. I bought a Final Price pair for about half of what a full priced pair would sell for, just to see if the brand would warrant the cost at regular pricing. I can confidently say I would now buy a pair at full cost, and not feel let down or taken advantage of."
