Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

Sizing is off

"This is my third pair of oofos clogs. I’m a nurse and on my feet all day. These clogs provide arch support, comfort, protect my knees and back. My past clogs I ordered a size 39 and they fit perfectly. Ordered a 39 again and for some reason these ones are huge. They are more like a 40. 5. Number on bottom of shoe says 39 so not sure what’s up with that. I didn’t return/exchange because honestly I was too lazy to do so and really needed new shoes to wear to work."

"I have Oofos sandals in a 39, which I've worn for years. (Yes, great product if rather pricey for plastic..). I ordered the clogs in a 39, but they are much larger. Foot bed lengths not the same. I ended up buying 38's at a local store, which was comparable to the 39 sandal. I will not do online ordering again."

"A PA I work with has been hustling me to get these shoes for the last couple years, and after years of buying $170 brooks sneakers every four months for the last six years, I decided to try them.
