Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

"Only boot I can wear. I have bursitis in my hip and degenerative bone desease in my lower back on the same side. I cannot wear hardly anything anymore and definitely for long periods. These have been the best choice for my issue, so I wear them most of the the time when it's cold or rainy. I can walk anywhere and I can go for a while with very little issues. I have actually tried wearing other boots that I have and after maybe an hour or less, it's so painful to move. These have definitely changed that for me. Oofos boots for life!"

"These boots are so comfortable. I wear a ladies 7 and these fit great. But they really let me down and made me sad when I noticed that the top of the shoe-the wool part started coming away from the sides of the shoe. These boots were two hundred bucks so I expected them to be made better. I have been contemplating getting them in another color until this happened. They’re still comfortable so I will be duct taping them so that I can continue to wear them"
