Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

Best sneaker ever

"The sneakers are exceptional, I love my slides and I’ve worn them faithfully the last 2 summers and I thought no way could the sneaker be as comfortable. I was wrong. They’re supportive yet so lightweight. Totally worth it

"Super comfortable right out of the box and completely eliminated my foot pain after standing all day. The cushion is super soft yet supportive, and the roomy toe box gives your feet plenty of space to spread out without feeling squeezed. The vibrant colors look great in person too. My only small complaint is that the inner stretch layer isn't adjustable, so you can't tweak how snug it fits over the top of your foot. Overall, these shoes deliver serious comfort."

"I'm a huge fan of the low shoes but, as they are inexplicably off the website right now, decided to try these. They have the same glorious comfort but, unfortunately, don't rise quite high enough for me, leaving the tops of my feet squished. They don't work for me, but will be great for people with slimmer feet."

"I’m on my feet all day and have flat arches, so my lower back usually starts killing me pretty quickly. These have honestly made such a difference! I have narrow feet too, so being able to tighten the laces around my midfoot keeps my foot from sliding around. Great at first, but the padding wore out fast

"I’ve worn these shoes to commute to and from work for about three weeks now. The first week they felt great—nice and springy, my feet felt supported. By week 3 I’m already regretting my purchase. The cushioning has totally flattened out and is no longer giving me the support I need for standing and walking on my 20 minute subway commute. Kind of a bummer, I was really excited about these."

"I ordered these after loving a pair of sandals found in a local store. These were not as comfortable or soft. I reached out to return (within 30 days policy) and they said they were too worn. They are white shoes I wore on a track, of course the bottoms would get dark. I’m disappointed in the shoe and customer service."
