Too much space up front and not enough in back

"These don't fit right. The toe prong is too wide length-wise and pushed my toe back towards the heel. So there is a big gap in the toe area up front and my heel hangs off the back. So now my heel doesn't sit properly in the heel cup, it is along the edge and not as comfortable as it should be. There is too much toe space and I have long toes! I have a true size 9 foot and these should fit correctly but due to the toe prong pushing the whole foot back toward the heel, it's just not fitting properly."

Comfortable but quality not there

"I love these for my planatar fascitis however the strap on the right foot has ripped twice in 3 months on 2 different pair in the exact same place. Quite a lot for a shoe not to last a month. Oofos did replace one pair and that is fantastic customer service. Waiting to see if they will replace the 2nd pair"

The only shoes I wear everyday

"I only wear Oofos. I have sneakers, sandals, slip ons. I suffer from flat feet and chronic sciatica. These are the only shoes that I have worn that help prevent sciatica flare ups. When I do have a flare up I know that it’s time to get new Oofos. I recommend them to family and friends and a bunch of them tried and love them too. Oofos changed my life and gave me my mobility back. Thank you!"

Oo Sport Sandal Graphite

"I like my Oofoos, but they are different from the ones that I’ve purchased a couple times prior. These sandals are a bit firmer and not as cushioned as the originals ones. Would I buy again, yes, but like the others too. Perhaps they were called recovery sandals. Shipping was expedient and smooth. I will continue to purchase from this company."

great for walking

"I have capsulitis and these shoes are wonderful for long periods of walking. Absolutely no pain and actually made my toe feel better. Standing on the other hand wasn't so great. My higjh arches became tired and a little sore. Overall though I would recommend because they greatly reduced toe pain."

Not the same

"I used to love Oofos and they were the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. I bought more in the same size recently and they are too small/ tight before/ narrow. I can barely wear them. I reached out to customer support regarding this and that production must have changed and I get a response saying production has not changed and the ones I have from before have just been worn in. This is not true. I sent pictures and there are details showing that they changed and the sizing is now off. Unfortunately I will be returning and will be shopping elsewhere."

My favorite shoe!

"I have neuropathy in one foot from a botched ankle surgery in 2020. It is difficult for me to wear shoes. My Oofos sandal is my daily wear. I have a large number of them. They give me the arch support I need. I wear a size 11 shoe. It is wonderful to have them in my size. They cost more than I like to spend on a sandal but the are worth it."

NICE SANDAL

"THIS IS A GREAT FLIP FLOP SANDAL. I ORIGINALLY CHOSE THIS COLOR AS I THOUGHT I WOULD BE A GOOD SHADE FOR SOME OF MY WARDROBE, BUT NOT THE CASE, SO IT IS BEING RETURNED. BUT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OOFOS AS THERE IS NOTHING MORE COMFORTABLE WALKING AROUND FOR A DAY. YOU DON'T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT BEING CRAMPED UP IN A SHOE, YOUR TOES HAVE FREEDOM TO NOT BE SCRUNCHED, AND THE COMFORT IS AMAZING IN WHICH THEY CAN BE WORN ALL DAY WITHOUT HAVING ANY FOOT PAIN. AT LEAST, THAT'S BEEN MY EXPERIENCE."

Too small

"I love these sandals and until the last pair I received a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the same size as all the last 4 pairs I purchased and when I got them they were way smaller. An inch in length and much narrower. What happened??"

Offensive Smell & Need half sizes above 10

"All of your products have an overwhelming, offensive smell that give me an instant migraine. It’s why I stopped purchasing your products for quite a while. Everybody I know comments on the smell when I try to wear them too early and the smell wasn’t gone. The smell is something similar to fabric softener or strongly scented body wash/lotion. It’s hard to describe. Every time I purchase a shoe I have to place it outside for several months and sometimes that still doesn’t work. For instance, I have your white laced tennis shoes outside for almost a year and they still smell. I probably have to throw them away at this point because I have tried everything to remove the smell. It’s a shame because all your shoes do the job they are designed for and feel comfortable. Oh and you should offer size 10. 5. After size 10 you stop offering half sizes. What’s up with that? Larger feet need half sizes too."
