Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

Too much space up front and not enough in back

"These don't fit right. The toe prong is too wide length-wise and pushed my toe back towards the heel. So there is a big gap in the toe area up front and my heel hangs off the back. So now my heel doesn't sit properly in the heel cup, it is along the edge and not as comfortable as it should be. There is too much toe space and I have long toes! I have a true size 9 foot and these should fit correctly but due to the toe prong pushing the whole foot back toward the heel, it's just not fitting properly."

Comfy shoes!

"I love my OOFOS! The first pair I purchased was a mauve like color. They were available in M11/W13. I am female and 6’2 and have proportional feet- size 13 in women’s! I have purchased 5 of these sandal types and also have many other slides, slippers, clogs… I love them so much and got my son hooked on them too. I think they have made the front of the shoes wider- I still like them but prefer older style. My one complaint is that not all colors are available in women’s 13! It would be nice to get ALL the women’s shoes and their colors in W13!"

Whether you have foot or leg pain or simply want a comfortable post-workout or lounging shoe, look no further! These shoes are my go-to after a long day on my feet. Cancel refund and try a larger size

"I received my size 8 sandal (order # 6051412. They cause a blister on top of my foot. I requested a refund, but wonder if a larger size would fit better. I have not shipped the pair back even though I processed the request for a refund. Can the request for refund be removed so that I can request a larger size?"

This is my second pair

"This is my second pair but it was a very upsetting purchase. The reason I purchased another pair for me and my husband is because of the great first pair I have. But, The moment I saw the sleepers I thought I was scammed. Looks and feels like the sleepers sold at the dollar store. I ordered a pair for my husband too But then we have the same reaction. He doesn’t want to use it and neither do I. This is a completely different quality as compared to my very first order. I was going to return both but I thought even the $15. 00 shipping fee is not worth it. So both sleepers are sitting in my shoe rack ."

"I LOVE the sandals. However, I would love to rate the Stride I got with the hot pink grommets. My toe on the right foot hits the end of the shoe toe bed. "I've been an avid Oofos wearer for the last 10 or so years. This pair is no exception. They're so comfortable, cushiony and feel like I'm walking on a bed of clouds.
