Which OOFOS footwear is eligible for HSA & FSA payment with Flex?

All OOFOS products are HSA/FSA eligible, except for Gift Cards.

What if I don’t have my HSA/FSA card?

If you don’t have your HSA or FSA card handy, still select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment method. Enter your credit card information and log in to the consumer portal at withflex.com/portal using the same email you used at checkout to download an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Can I still use Flex pay with HSA/FSA funds option at checkout if I don’t have enough funds in my HSA/FSA account?

Yes, you may use the remaining funds on your purchase of eligible items, and a credit or debit card to cover the remainder.

Why can't I see Flex as a payment method?

Disappointed in Pebble Design

"I was so excited to receive these. I got them for house shoes and only had them on a couple hours and they get marks. I reached out to customer service and they just said clean them. The problem is - to keep them nice I would have to clean every two hours. That is crazy when they are house she's. In my opinion it is a defect of design that the sole clearly rubs off on the upper part of the shoe. Customer service was not help in getting me a new pair in different colors expedited and told me this is not warranty."

"Comfortable from the first day, no break in period. Love the rubber on the inside- squishy and the rubber on the outside is a beautiful rust color with pink sparkles in the sun light. My feet stay dry and comfortable walking my dog in the wet grass in the morning. Quick on and off! Love these clogs! They do run big so size down."
