"I ordered 2 sandals the same size as I already have and they look huge compared to my current ones (see pic). Sent them back for warranty and just received the new ones. Same thing. Did something change. If I get a smaller size (6) then my foot won't fit on the shoe."

"I have an older pair with the black soles. They feel so good to walk in, especially with my arthritic knees. I was hoping these would be just as comfy after some breaking in but they are not the same. Feel the same as the cheaper knock offs that I returned. Super cute though so I will keep them but keep looking. And really wish they had half sizes. Oofos, bring back the old soles!"

"This is my third pair. I thought I was buying a different color in a style I already have and love, the Oolala. I noticed when they arrived they were really firm. I thought maybe they needed to be worn a bit to break them in. I’ve been wearing them daily for over a week and last night after an hour on my feet, in the kitchen cooking dinner, they felt heavy. Not soft and airy. My feet don’t feel the “AHHH” or relief when I put them on like the first pair did. Sad to say, I’m disappointed. Maybe it’s a different style than I expected."
